THE OPPORTUNITY

Somnia is seeking a highly-qualified Anesthesiologists and a CRNA to provide services in Yuba City at Rideout Health. Regional anesthesia skills, an interest in perioperative medicine, a solid work ethic and a sense of community commitment are key attributes for Somnia team members. The Fremont-Rideout Health Group is Yuba City’s largest employer and has been providing care to the community for over 100 years. This health group includes, Rideout Hospital, (6 OR 6,700 cases), Freemont Women's Hospital (1,600 deliveries) and a free standing ASC. The cases range is broad, inclusive of cardiac (about 200 hearts) and some neurosurgery but all the way to tubes and tonsils. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who likes case variety, embraces quality and data-based clinical decision making. The Hospital plans to start a Residency Program sometime next year or the year thereafter so an interest in education is a plus. With the construction of a new tower and surgical line expansion— we are looking for bright, hard working and clinically talented clinicians.

Compensation and benefits are generous and commensurate with the applicant’s training, experience and skill.

A Loan Repayment Program might be available to eligible applicants.

Osteopathic and allopathic physicians are welcome, as are new grad CRNA and MD/DO. Teaching experience is a plus! Active, reserve and retired military are heartily welcomed.
