To submit a referral, you must read and acknowledge the Clinical Referral Program's Terms and Conditions. Please click the + to review.
Referral Submission Guidelines
- All referrals must be submitted electronically via the referral submission form on the Somnia website before the candidate receives an offer. Submissions received after this point will not be accepted.
- The Referral Source must provide the candidate’s resume or, at a minimum, arrange for the candidate to submit a resume to Somnia, Inc. and/or its managed practices (collectively referred to as “Somnia”).
- If no resume is provided, the referral payment will be limited to $500.
- Referrals will be recorded and maintained by Somnia.
- If multiple individuals refer the same candidate, the first electronic submission received will take precedence.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Referral Source must have a personal acquaintance with the candidate they are referring. This program is designed to facilitate thoughtful recommendations rather than simply generating leads or collecting potential candidate names.
- Individuals referring a clinician must be licensed providers and personally acquainted with the referred MD or CRNA.
- Candidates must sign a contract within six (6) months of the referral date.
- Full-time W2 candidates or 1099 candidates committing to full-time hours must complete three (3) months of employment to qualify for the full referral payment.
- Referrals that do not result in full-time agreements may be prorated at Somnia’s discretion.
- Referrals leading to a Per Diem agreement are not eligible.
Exclusions
Referrals will not be eligible for payment under the following circumstances:
- Previously Referred Candidates: Candidates, whether clinical or corporate, who have already been presented or referred by an agency within the past year.
- Recent Engagements: Clinicians who have actively communicated with Somnia or a Somnia-managed practice within the past year.
- Former Employees: Any individual previously employed by Somnia in either a clinical or corporate role.
