Terms and Conditions for the Clinical Referral Program
- The Referral Source must provide the candidate’s resume or at the very least arrange for the candidate to make available a copy of a resume to Somnia, Inc. and/or its managed practices (collectively referred to herein as “Somnia”). If no resume is provided, payment will be $500. Referrals will be logged and stored by Somnia.
- If multiple individuals submit the same candidate, the electronic submission received first will take precedence.
- The Referral Source must be personally acquainted with the individual they are referring. This program is not intended to simply generate leads or gather the names of potential candidates, but rather to serve as a means for a Referral Source to thoughtfully recommend individuals that he/she believes will become a successful candidates and productive team members.
- If an individual is referring a clinician, the referring person must be a licensed provider, and personally acquainted with the MD or CRNA in which they are referring.
- Candidates must sign a contract within 6 months of referral.
- *Full Time W2 candidates or 1099 candidates committing to full time hours must successfully complete 3 months of employment.
- *Referrals that do not sign Full Time agreements will be prorated only at the discretion of Somnia.
- Reward payments will be subject to all applicable taxes.
- Exclusion 1: Candidates, either clinical or corporate, previously presented or referred by an Agency.
- Exclusion 2: Clinicians currently or previously affiliated with a Somnia managed practice that we are, or were, engaged in active communications within 1 year.
- Exclusion 3: Previous employees, either clinical or corporate.
- Exclusion 4: Referrals cannot include current providers of start-up sites.
- Somnia leadership is not eligible to participate.
- Anyone with hiring authority over the referred candidates are not eligible for referral bonus.
- Clinical Faculty referring current residents/students from their residency program are not eligible for payment.
- Somnia holds full discretion on all referral bonus payouts. Please refer to Employee Handbook for additional information regarding the full terms and conditions of the Program.
