Somnia Anesthesia, a national anesthesia management company, is seeking anesthesiologists to join its dynamic teams at Rideout Health, Kaweah Delta Medical Center, Kern Medical Center, and Desert Regional Medical Center.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:                    

• Board certification
• California State License Preferred

KAWEAH DELTA MEDICAL CENTER:

• Located in the charming city of Visalia.
• It is a 581-bed regional medical center distinguished by nursing magnet status, an award-winning Emergency Department, and a highly ranked cardiovascular program.
• More than 8,200 surgeries are performed at Kaweah Delta each year, in addition to more than 460 cardiac surgeries.
• There are 4,300 deliveries annually, including nearly 1,500 C-section births.
• CRNAs perform their own cases

VISALIA COMMUNITY

Only a three-hour drive from Los Angeles, Visalia is the heart and “crown jewel” of the agricultural San Joaquin Valley. • Desert Regional is a Level II trauma center and tertiary acute care hospital

• Case mix includes General Medical/Surgical Care,ortho, cardiac, and neurological surgery

• DRMC runs six operating rooms with a case volume of 18,000.

PALM SPRINGS COMMUNITY

KERN MEDICAL CENTER:

• Kern is a 222-bed general acute care teaching hospital
• It is a Level II trauma center between Los Angeles and Fresno
• Approximately 50% of cases are performed on an outpatient basis and the majority of all cases are orthopedic in nature and general surgery with some ENT, thoracic, plastics & gynecology.
• The surgery service runs six rooms full-time and performs 450 cases per month
